Overnight is USUALLY delivered by the end of the next work (Monday through Friday) day. Be sure to specify Standard
Overnight at checkout if you want this service. Note that "Overnight" Delivery often takes 2 days, as specified by the

obtain a Return Authorization Number. If we have made an error, we will correct our mistake or refund all of your
money. For all other reasons, we will issue a refund for the merchandise and sales tax amounts only. Return
shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. In all cases, the merchandise must be unused and in its
original packaging. Your refund will be made immediately upon our receipt of the merchandise.
